So regarding 8:10 , from what I've seen from Broxah and other junglers, they usually split their side of the jungle in two. They gank, afterwards they make sure that that side of the map's objective is taken, they check for potential counter jungling (taking enemy camps) and afterwards check if that side of the map's own jungle half is clear. Afterwards they base and prepare to path towards the other split of the jungle for efficient clearing.
