Im more than happy to give up some bruiser item strenght if Riot lets top lane participate in the game before 14 / 20 mins, but as long as that is not happening bruiser items need to be borderline broken to make up for next to 0 game impact during laning phase / early mid game. Hell. Even with those borderline broken items and when fed you cant pretty often compete against a fed botlane, jungle or mid (remember that a 10/0 top laner that repeatedly kills his laner will have significantly less gold than a 10/0 ADC or Jungler due to the reverse bounty, not mention that you as top laner have to int to the enemy laner to reset the reverse gold bounty while its pretty easy to get a reverse gold bounty in a 3v3 / 4v4 dragon fight, because there is a good chance someone may die during the fight).

  3. I don’t think the damage so much is an issue but because of the durability update + items like Bork, the strat now is “just survive longer than your opponent” instead of “one shot faster”.

  4. I would rather for demonic if they kept the AP the same, health down and actually increase the tick damage.

  10. the akshan comment about afking will not work because its not movement that it detects its inputs.

  18. I do disagree with the change to demonic embrace. If it was able to convert the bonus health it gave as an item by itself then I'd be okay with the decrease in the burn damage, but it doesn't from what I've seen. Even still, the ones who are abusing the item MORE effectively are the melee champions like Zac, Ammumu, and others as you've mentioned. I just don't understand why nerf it in this way, when right around the corner, tank meta is looking over our heads yet again.
